No patient health information, by design

This site never asks a visitor about a condition, a symptom, a reason for a visit, or anything else about their health. The callback form collects a name, a phone number and the best time to reach you — the same details a caller would leave with your front desk.

That is a deliberate decision, not an oversight. Because the site handles no protected health information, it does not require a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, and there is no HIPAA hosting surcharge built into your price. A comparable setup that does handle patient health data typically adds several hundred dollars a month in hosting and database compliance fees alone.

If you later want online forms that do collect patient information, we can build that — it becomes a different, HIPAA-compliant plan with its own agreement and pricing. Your own confirmation of how you handle patient records is always worth checking with your attorney.
